Alumni

What does it mean to be an alumni of St. Mary’s Catholic School?

As we go through life, most of us attend many different schools and graduate from many programs.  We are alumni of our primary school, our high school, our college, and our graduate schools.  But where did it all start?  Where did our foundation for learning come from?  For me, and for many other alumni of St. Mary’s school, our time here was the beginning and foundation of a life-long journey of educating both our minds and our spirits.

I have now gone full circle.  From graduating St. Mary’s in 1984, to graduating from Oak Ridge High School in 1988; then college, graduate school, and family life—I am now back at St. Mary’s as the Development Director, and all three of my children are attending school here.  As one who is in a unique position to involve alumni at our school, I encourage you to fill out our alumni questionnaire and reconnect with St. Mary’s.  I also encourage you to take part in our Annual Giving Campaign.  St. Mary’s is a special place, and we depend on our alumni and parents of our alumni to give back to the place where it all started.

We are also looking to start a new tradition – a Spring Golf Classic and Dinner/Dance to benefit the Endowment and Scholarship Funds at St. Mary’s.   All current school families, alumni, and alumni families will be invited to this celebration.  Look for more information in the near future!  If you wish to be a part of our alumni program, please complete this form.
