| St. Mary's School is a Catholic, parochial school in the Diocese of Knoxville, Tennessee. St. Mary's strives to prepare academically qualified citizens committed to the pursuit of Truth and to the service of mankind. The school strives to teach Christian standards to be followed in life, work, and leisure. St. Mary's endeavors to instruct students in a religious way of thinking which will show the connection between the living of the Gospel values and the effect they will have on one's final end. St. Mary's offers experiences of service both within and outside the school environment, which stretch beyond the boundaries of discrimination. St. Mary's is called upon to make the Catholic faith a reality in the lives of her students. St. Mary's School does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex, national origin, age (in accordance with the law), and handicapping conditions. St. Mary's gives preference to Catholic students. St. Mary's School is not equipped to handle severe learning, behavioral, or other exceptional conditions.
